Evidence-Based Clinical Nutrition:
1 - Alpha-casozepine was efficient to decrease anxiety in dogs with anxiety-related behavioral complaint.
2 - Behavioral observations evidenced some signs of improvement in anxious dogs fed food with casein hydrolysate. Plasma cortisol level significantly decreased in anxious dogs fed with casein hydrolysate food.

Grams are the most accurate form of measurement; cups are estimated from grams.
Monitoring your patient's condition will assure the nutritional recommendation provides the best results.
Gradually transition to this new food for 7 days or more.
Reinforce with clients to feed Prescription Diet dry food, canned food, & treats exclusively.
Small, frequent meals (3-6 times daily) are often appropriate in the types of cases for which i/d Stress is typically used.
Please note - for customers who have previously fed this diet prior to the inclusion of ActivBiome+ technology, it is recommended you transition your pet to the upgraded formula over a 7 day period.
