    Science Plan™ Canine Adult Oral Care is most effective when, used on clean teeth fed as the sole maintenance food fed dry (adding water limits effective cleaning). Contains no mineral abrasives or active chemicals. Effective against plaque (the main cause of periodontal disease) as well as tartar. Other dental home care methods are also recommended, if possible, e.g. regular tooth brushing.
